• Manage and update products, collections, descriptions, images, pricing, and other store content
• Assist with day-to-day Shopify store operations and website updates
• Process and monitor orders and help resolve order-related issues
• Update inventory, product information, and other store records accurately
• Assist with returns, refunds, exchanges, and order adjustments when needed
• Upload and organize product images, videos, and other digital assets
• Help maintain website content, navigation, and product collections
• Monitor store activity and flag issues that require attention
• Support promotions, product launches, and other e-commerce initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and reports using spreadsheets and other tools
• Work with internal teams to complete e-commerce tasks and resolve operational issues

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with repetitive and process-driven tasks
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Good problem-solving and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and online stores
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and online collaboration tools
• Willingness to learn new platforms and e-commerce processes

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, Shopify, virtual assistance, or a related role
• Hands-on experience using Shopify is preferred
• Experience managing products, collections, orders, inventory, or website content is a plus
• Familiarity with Shopify apps and e-commerce tools is an advantage
• Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Experience with customer service or order management is a plus
• Previous remote, BPO, or VA experience is preferred
